What is needed to become an Amazon Delivery Partner?
First of all you must be 18 years or above. Apart from this, you should have an Android phone, which should have at least 2GB of RAM. The phone must have a camera with flash, an active SIM card with GPS location service and voice and data connectivity.
After this the second most important requirement is that you must have a vehicle. You also need to have a valid driving license, valid RC of your vehicle, insurance certificate of the vehicle and pollution certificate (PUC). Tax related documents also require a valid PAN card and a savings or current account for receipt of payments.
How Much Can Amazon Delivery Partners Earn?
Amazon says that a delivery partner can earn Rs 120 to 140 per hour and can work for a maximum of 6 hours per day. Accordingly, you can earn an average of Rs 25,000 per month and an average of Rs 3 lakh per year. If you do this work as a part time and work maximum 4 hours per day, you can earn around Rs.17,000 on an average per month and up to Rs.2 lakh on an average annually. Amazon says that the delivery partner will have to pay 1% of this earning as tax.
